Horse & Rider Session // Chelsea & Family

Capturing a family in its entirety, furry family members included is such a beautiful thing to do. There is so much love present at these sessions and it is a unique but delightful challenge to capture each individual personality and relationship.

This little family is a family within itself, with Chelsea’s mare Ushi being the matriarch and mother of her two other horses, Damien and Prim. It is beautiful to see that this mare carried so much importance to her that she wanted to carry on her amazing legacy in her offspring. The connection between Chelsea and her horses was such a beautiful thing to capture, it was incredibly obvious that she holds immense love and care for each of them, not to mention their two adorable dogs! And last, but certainly not least is the beautiful love story between her and Jason. Having described him as her rock, it was obvious that these two share a delightful relationship built on understanding and support for one another. It’s clear that everything in this family is built on an immense level of love and care! Getting to capture this love was such an honour and hopefully next time we will get to include the youngest family member, Prim.
