Best of 2021!

And just like that, 2021 has come to a close. 2021 feels like another tough year, one that began with hope and yet continued much the same as 2020. Growing a business during a global pandemic has been incredibly difficult, and yet Reversed Eye Photography has managed to thrive again, something which I owe to each of you and am so grateful for!

Last year I focused a lot on the numbers as my markers of success, however this year it was the moments and accomplishments that mattered much more!

I graduated from the University of Alberta with a BSc in Environmental Sciences!
I accomplished my 2021 goals of launching merchandise and photographing at Thunderbird Show Park
I started a new venture of the Proud Horse Girl podcast, and while it eventually fiddled out, I am proud of myself for trying something new!
I made the decision to move my life and business to Calgary Alberta (more on this in a blog post coming soon)
I was the official photographer for the Extreme Stables show a second year in a row
I was able to continue to serve many of my amazing existing clients but also met so many new people and horses this year

2021 was a year full of ups and downs, challenges, and accomplishments. It was not the year I hoped for but it was amazing nonetheless. Just as 2020 has taught us, even in the bleakest circumstances, we can still find beauty! I enter 2022 knowing that no matter what the year will bring, I will be embarking on a brand new chapter of my life, with many exciting opportunities and I am truly excited to see what this new year will bring.
